Hunters take 78 moose in northeastern Vermont unit
Hunters in northeastern Vermont’s Wildlife Management Unit E, enjoyed solid harvest, taking 78 adult moose. The annual hunt seeks to reduce moose numbers which, due to over-population, are suffering from winter ticks.
