I had some messages lately asking if I took my 300 RUM to Tajikistan on the Marco Polo and ibex hunt… the answer is a solid yes!

The entire 2022 season I hunted with the RUM. Most probably know by now that I’m willing to pack a heavy rifle around (even on my backpack hunts). A rifle has one purpose, during one tiny small moment of a hunt. I know my thinking isn’t the norm, and I’m probably on the opposite side of the spectrum when it comes to a hunting rifle; but that’s what makes hunting fun, we have choices. I know one thing, this rifle setup is a dream to shoot and flat out performs!
