My fiancee and I are about to move to West Virginia.

My fiancee and I are about to move to West Virginia. He has property with a small cabin on it and we plan to build bigger in the next 2 months. Anyone live in West Virginia that can tell me more? We will be in Webster county. I want to live partially off grid and try to start our savings for years to come. I will be learning to can and garden better as I don't do it very well now. He hunts and fishes and was born and raised down there. Coming from Ohio I will have alot to learn lol. Thanks in advance for any info. Here's our small cabin for now. Also just want to clarify .we already have well and septic. So we have a lot already. Just are going to build a little bigger place next to this one for us.
