Организация охоты на МЕДВЕДЯ
в охотничьих угодьях РГОО «БООР»
В соответствии с Указом Президента Республики Беларусь от 18 ноября 2024 года Nº 420, медведь и рысь добавлены в перечень нормируемых охотничьих животных, а охота на них разрешена в особом режиме для контролируемого регулирования численности.
Сезон охоты на медведя: с 1 июля по 31 декабря.
Орудия охоты:
Нарезное охотничье оружие (перечень патронов
(калибров), разрешенных для добычи, определяется Министерством лесного хозяйства).
Гладкоствольное оружие не менее 16 калибра с
патронами, снаряженными пулей.
Охотничьи собаки (породы по решению
пользователя угодий).
• Для удовлетворения потребностей членов РГОО
«БООР» в охоте на медведя, приказом председателя РГОО «БООР» определены УСЛОВИЯ организации охоты и ТРЕБОВАНИЯ к ее проведению.
! С учетом того, что данный вид охоты является новым на территории Беларуси, а также наиболее опасным, приказом введены дополнительные требования, выполнение которых обязательно для участия в охоте на медведя.
У В 2025 году для изъятия запланировано около 20 особей медведя.
Для упреждения вопросов по несправедливому распределению разрешений на добычу медведя, принято решение определять право на охоту с помощью программы, которая будет в случайном порядке выбирать определенное количество человек (соразмерно количеству мест охоты) из списка поданных заявок.

Кемпинг Кочерги
Туристическая стоянка Кочерги находится в 3-х км южнее г. Мядель, 500 м к югу от д. Кочерги, восточный берег озера Мястро, территория Мядельского лесничества.
До стоянки можно добраться через деревню Кочерги или по проселочной дороге, на которую есть съезд с трассы Молодечно - Мядель (Р28) и стоит указатель "Место отдыха Кочерги".
Природные условия: сосновый лес, берег пологий, с удобным пляжем, небольшие зарослями камыша, окружающие лесные массивы богаты ягодами и грибами.
В озере ловятся щука, окунь, плотва, лещ, густера, карась.
Изменения в правилах охоты: медведь и рысь получили особый статус
В Беларуси скорректированы правила охоты — теперь медведь и рысь получили бинарный статус. Это означает, что, несмотря на их присутствие в Красной книге, в определенных условиях на них разрешена охота.
«Ситуация аналогична с зубром: он тоже занесен в Красную книгу, но при этом на него можно охотиться. Теперь такой же подход применяется к медведю и рыси», — пояснил Александр Козорез, представитель Минлесхоза.
Почему принято такое решение?
Численность этих хищников активно растет, что приводит к увеличению конфликтов с человеком. Медведи разоряют пасеки, пугают местных жителей, а рысь, хоть и менее опасна для людей, также требует регулирования популяции.
«Кормовая база хищников — копытные животные — увеличивается, что способствует их активному размножению. Это позволяет рационально использовать ресурс через охоту», — отметил Козорез.
Как будет проходить охота?
Добыча медведя и рыси разрешена только при соблюдении плана управления популяцией, который определяет:
разрешенные территории,
минимальную плотность особей для охоты,
сроки и квоты.
Сезоны охоты:
Медведь — с 1 июля по 31 декабря,
Рысь — с 1 октября по 31 января.
Охота как способ контроля
Разрешение на добычу этих хищников направлено в первую очередь на устранение проблемных особей, которые представляют угрозу для людей.
«У нас есть случаи, когда медведи заходят в деревни и даже города. Охота в угодьях помогает снижать такие риски», — отметил эксперт.
При этом для чрезвычайных ситуаций (например, когда хищник появляется в населенном пункте) действует отдельный механизм — специальные комиссии решают, как поступить с животным: отловить, переселить или ликвидировать угрозу.
Численность хищников в Беларуси
По данным Минлесхоза на 1 января 2025 года, в стране насчитывается:
1066 медведей,
1908 рысей.
Эти цифры подтверждают, что популяции стабильно растут, что и стало основанием для внесения изменений в правила охоты.

If these are the green hills of the Eastern Cape province and hunting wild pigs.

Traditionally in 🇪🇸 Spain, a hunt is carried out by driving. The beaters flush the partridges at some distance from the hunters and direct them to the line of shooters. Every day, 4-5 drives are organized with a break for lunch. On average, it is possible to get 500-800 birds per day.
ℹ️ During the day, the hunters change places in the order determined by the drawing. Thus, everyone has the opportunity to try their hand both in the center of the line and on its edges. The hunter is joined at the position by assistants: a "cargador" who reloads the weapon, and a "secretario" who adjusts the direction of the shot and keeps count of the birds killed.

Trophy Universal: Urial
Ovis aries (lat.) is a species of mammal from the genus 🐏 rams, subfamily Capidae, family Bovidae.
ℹ️ An interesting combination of genetic traits could classify urials as both OVIS and Caprinae.
However, if we look at the species of trophy animals that make up the rating tables of various hunting clubs, such as KGO, SCI, GSCO, it follows that a urial trophy can only close a position in the OVIS category - rams.
❗️Urials are in the "vulnerable species" category, so many countries have begun to strengthen the populations of these animals, which are becoming rare. Hunting tourism has become one of the supports for countries in which the urial is an official hunting species. A limited number of licenses are issued for shooting, and good deductions from officially conducted hunts are returned to the economy of the regions where they live and sponsor environmental activities. Красный волк - наиболее редкий вид волков, занесенный в Международную Красную
КНИГУ
Из-за сокращения численности диких парнокопытных и браконьерства вид практически вымер. Ежегодно 28 мая отмечается День красного волка
Обитает красный волк в Индии, Мьянме, Таиланде, Камбодже, Индонезии, Тибете и Гималаях, а также на Суматре и Яве.
Название животного говорит само за себя: окрас шерсти варьируется от рыжевато-коричневого до красноватого, из-за чего его можно спутать с лисицей
Живут такие волки до 15 лет, однако в последнее время продолжительность жизни животных на воле сократилась втрое!
Стаи красных волков, в которые входят от 6 до 12 особей, могут нападать даже на тигров или леопардов Однако людей эти животные сторонятся и обходят населенные пункты стороной.
Поэтому встретить красного волка в дикой природе
- большая редкость.
Интересно, что красные волки упоминаются в литературе. Например, в известном произведении
«Маугли» Редьярд Киплинг называет этих животных "рыжыми псами", , встречи с которыми

Новые Правила охоты и Правила ведения охотничьего хозяйства
Вступили в силу скорректированные Правила охоты и Правила ведения охотничьего хозяйства, утвержденные Указом Президента Республики Беларусь от 18 ноября 2024 № 420.
Обращаем внимание на основные изменения.
1. Правила охоты дополнены определениями понятий – «добор подранка» и «подранок», отдельные определения уточнены.
2. Перечень охотничьих животных нормируемых видов (приложение 2 к Правилам охоты) дополнен медведем и рысью. При этом, предусмотрен особый порядок их добычи – путем организации охоты в соответствии с Правилами охоты и на основании планов управления популяциями соответствующих видов. Правила охоты и Правила ведения охотничьего хозяйства дополнены нормами, регламентирующими организацию и проведение охоты на медведя и рысь, в том числе определены разрешенные сроки, способы и орудия охоты, а также требования в части половозрастных признаков данных животных и особых условий добора подранков.
Также установлено, что планирование изъятия медведя и рыси осуществляется на основании планов управления популяциями данных видов, охотоустроительной документации и в порядке, определяемом Министерством лесного хозяйства Республики Беларусь. Министерство природных ресурсов и охраны окружающей среды Республики Беларусь обеспечивает разработку и утверждение планов управления популяциями медведя и рыси.
Фактически медведю и рыси придается так называемый «бинарный статус» – являются дикими животными, отнесенными к видам, включенным в Красную книгу Республики Беларусь и, одновременно, – охотничьими животными при необходимости регулирования численности (по территориальному принципу) в соответствии с планами управления их популяциями. Аналогичный подходы давно применяется в Республике Беларусь в отношении зубра (основной генофонд – краснокнижник, резервный генофонд – охотничьи животные).

3. В приложении 3 к Правилам охоты упраздняются требования в отношении нарезного охотничьего оружия (дульной энергии пули), а также исключается перечень калибров (патронов) указанного выше оружия.
С актуальным перечнем патронов (калибров) нарезного охотничьего оружия, разрешенных для добычи зубров, медведей, лосей, оленей, кабанов, косуль и других животных, установленным Минлесхозом можно ознакомиться по ссылке.
Благодаря усовершенствованным Правилам охоты и Правилам ведения охотничьего хозяйства появилась возможность добыть новые трофейные виды, а сама охота стала более регламентированной. Уважаемые охотники, чтобы избежать штрафов подробно изучите Указ Президента Республики Беларусь от 18 ноября 2024 г. № 420 и следите за всеми изменениями в законодательстве.

Охота на косуль с легавыми собаками: особенности, правила и этика
Охота на косулю с легавыми собаками – один из самых азартных и динамичных способов добычи этого осторожного зверя. Хотя легавые (например, курцхаары, дратхаары, пойнтеры) традиционно считаются подружейными собаками для работы по пернатой дичи, их универсальность позволяет успешно использовать их и при охоте на косулю.
Особенности охоты на косулю с легавой
Работа собаки
Легавая ищет косулю верхним чутьём, двигаясь челноком перед охотником.
Обнаружив зверя, собака может сделать стойку (как при работе по птице) или начать преследование, выгоняя косулю под выстрел.
Важно, чтобы собака не гнала дичь слишком далеко и не рвала подранка – требуется хорошая подготовка.
Тактика охоты
Скороходом – в угодьях с плотной популяцией косуль собака обыскивает местность, поднимая зверя на охотника.
На узерку (в утренние/вечерние часы) – легавая помогает найти лежку косули в высокой траве или кустарнике.
По чернотропу – осенью, когда косули активны, собака идёт по следу и выставляет зверя на чистый выстрел.
Преимущества легавых
Универсальность: одна собака может работать и по перу, и по зверю.
Хорошее чутьё и послушание – меньше риск спугнуть косулю раньше времени.
Выносливость – легавые способны долго работать в сложных условиях.
Правила и ограничения
В большинстве регионов охота на косулю с собаками разрешена только в определённые сроки (обычно осенью и зимой).
Запрещено использование своры (нескольких собак).
Нельзя применять собак, которые рвут дичь – только для поиска и подачи.
Этика охоты
Не допускать излишней гоньбы – это истощает косулю и снижает качество мяса.
Стрелять только наверняка, избегая подранков.
Уважать нормы добычи и не перегружать популяцию.
Охота на косулю с легавой требует хорошо обученной собаки и понимания повадок зверя. При грамотном подходе такой способ добычи может быть и азартным, и добычливым. Главное – соблюдать законы и принципы ответственной охоты.
