Подозреваемому предъявлено обвинение по ч. 4 ст. 282 УК РБ (незаконная охота, повлекшая ущерб в особо крупном размере). Санкция статьи предусматривает до шести лет лишения свободы. Мероприятие по оценке охотничьих трофеев в городе Минске, которое ранее было назначено на 25–26 февраля, перенесено на 5–6 марта, сообщили в Белорусском обществе охотников и рыболовов. — Мероприятие состоится 5–6 марта на базе учреждения «Организационная структура Минской области» РГОО «БООР». Также продлевается срок самостоятельного предоставления трофеев. Доставить их можно до 4 марта по адресу: г. Минск, ул. В. Хоружей, 18, корпус 2 (склад РГОО «БООР»). Трофеи принимаются с заполнением бирки и под опись. В БООР напомнили, что оцененный трофей вносится в Национальную трофейную книгу Республики Беларусь с выдачей охотнику сертификата оценки охотничьего трофея. Для регистрации в Трофейной книге охотнику необходимо создать электронную почту (в случае ее отсутствия). Трофейная книга на сайте БООР автоматически рассчитывает рейтинги как охотников-трофейщиков, так и лучших охотничьих хозяйств. The Naroch Lake area is a unique natural treasure and the largest resort region of Belarus. В сети рассказали, как охотились вепсы* в прошлом *Ве́псы (вепс. vepsläižed; официально до 1917 — чудь) — малочисленный народ финно-угорской языковой группы уральской языковой семьи, традиционно проживающий в России на территории Республики Карелия, Вологодской и Ленинградской областей. В Карелии проживает бо́льшая часть представителей этого народа. В апреле 2006 года вепсы были включены в Перечень коренных малочисленных народов Севера, Сибири и Дальнего Востока Российской Федерации. Всего их насчитывается около 4 900 человек. Опираясь на книгу И. Ю. Винокуровой «Обычаи, ритуалы и праздники в традиционной культуре вепсов», немного о вепсской охоте, которая всегда занимала важную часть жизни народа. В раннем средневековье пушной промысел играл ключевую роль в экономике вепсов. А к XIX — началу XX веков охота для большинства вепсов утратила свое первостепенное значение. Традиционно вепсы охотились на зайцев, белок, лисиц, куниц, выдр, норок, горностаев, волков, медведей, лосей, барсуков и рысей. Среди промысловых птиц наиболее популярными были тетерева, глухари, рябчики, куропатки и утки. Охота у вепсов была активная и пассивная. Винокурова пишет, что при активной охоте зверей выслеживали, преследовали и добывали с помощью оружия, такого как рогатины, кремневые и шомпольные ружья. Нередко на охоту брали собак. В южновепсских деревнях собаки помогали ловить норок и горностаев, выкапывая их из нор под корнями деревьев. Пассивная охота заключалась в использовании различных ловушек, в которые животные попадали сами. Наиболее древними были ловушки с самострелом, давящим бревном и другие подобные приспособления. Ouverture de la saison de chasse 2025 à Béni Mellal-Khénifra : réglementation, biodiversité et développement durable 📅 Lancement officiel de la saison La saison de chasse 2024–2025 a été officiellement lancée le 6 octobre 2024 dans la région de Béni Mellal-Khénifra. Toutes les espèces de gibier sont désormais autorisées à la chasse, à l’exception de la tourterelle, dont la période de chasse débutera le 26 juillet 2025. Dans la zone amodiée de Harcha, commune rurale de Zaouiat Oum El Bakht, les chasseurs se sont réunis pour reprendre leurs activités dans le respect des lois en vigueur. Les autorités de l’Agence Nationale des Eaux et Forêts (ANEF) ont vérifié les documents obligatoires : permis de chasse, autorisation de port d’armes, assurance, licences et carte d’adhésion à la Fédération Royale Marocaine de Chasse. --- 🧾 Quotas de prélèvement et cadre légal Conformément à l’arrêté ministériel, chaque chasseur est autorisé à prélever par jour : • 4 perdrix • 1 lièvre • 5 lapins Ces limites visent à préserver les populations animales tout en permettant une pratique durable de la chasse. --- 🌿 Sensibilisation et protection de l’environnement Mohamed Zouhri, Directeur Provincial de l’ANEF, a mis en avant la richesse écologique de la région et l’importance de préserver ses ressources cynégétiques. Les amodiataires participent activement à l’aménagement des territoires via : • La création de points d’eau • Le lâcher de gibier • L’entretien des zones de chasse Pour renforcer la biodiversité, 11 réserves permanentes (83 528 ha) et 13 réserves temporaires (668 476 ha) ont été établies. --- 🐗 Régulation du sanglier et lutte contre le braconnage Un programme de régulation du sanglier a été mis en place dans 11 zones critiques. Lors de la saison précédente (2023–2024), 47 battues ont permis de prélever 266 sangliers. Охота на «трофейного лося» или как стать фигурантом уголовного дела Ошмянским районным отделом Следственного комитета устанавливаются обстоятельства незаконной охоты. По данным следствия, днем 6 января текущего года сотрудники районной инспекции охраны животного и растительного мира в лесном массиве задержали 4 местных жителей в возрасте от 50 до 54 лет. Все мужчины оказались охотниками, при себе у них были ружья, а также свежее мясо дикого животного. При этом разрешающих документов на добычу животных ни у кого из них не было. На месте происшествия работала следственно-оперативная группа. Следователем с привлечением специалиста УГКСЭ по Гродненской области осмотрено место происшествия. Допрошены охотники, изъяты орудия незаконной охоты, останки животного, а также следы, подтверждающие причастность подозреваемых к совершению преступления. Назначено производство судебных баллистических, трасологических, биологических экспертиз. Мужчины пояснили следователю, что якобы в тот день они охотились отдельно. Когда один из них добыл лося, другие случайно оказались рядом и предложили свою помощь в разделке дикого животного. По данным следствия, находясь в лесу, 54-летний местный житель убил лося, затем вместе охотники разделали его тушу, после чего останки и шкуру закопали, а мясо разделили между собой, за рогами планировали вернуться позже. Когда фигуранты собирались покинуть место происшествия, были задержаны. Общий размер ущерба, причиненного окружающей среде, составил без малого 38 тысяч рублей. Изучение личностей фигурантов показало, что ранее они к уголовной ответственности не привлекались. Ошмянским районным отделом Следственного комитета в отношении 54-летнего жителя района возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.4 ст. 282 (незаконная охота, повлекшая причинение ущерба в особо крупном размере) Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь. В настоящее время проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего. Here’s my detailed and honest take on this optic, including its strengths and weaknesses. Pros: Optical Clarity: The glass is surprisingly clear for the price range. Minimal distortion at higher magnifications, and the light transmission is excellent, even in low-light conditions. First Focal Plane (FFP): The reticle scales perfectly with magnification, which is a huge advantage for long-range shooting and holdovers. Build Quality: Feels solid and durable.
