С 20 марта список пернатой дичи, на которую разрешена охота, расширится. По 10 мая можно будет добывать самцов глухаря (кроме Брестской и Гродненской области) и тетерева на токах, сообщает Госинспекция охраны животного и растительного мира. Охотиться на этих птиц можно с 03:00 до 09:00 на току ружейным способом – из засады или с подхода. Можно использовать нарезное охотничье оружие, гладкоствольное охотничье оружие с патронами, снаряженными дробью, а также охотничьи луки и арбалеты. В инспекции отмечают, что глухарь и тетерев – это нормируемые виды охотничьих животных. Кулеш с зайчатиной Продукты: Зайчатина (готовится блюдо из заячьей спинки - у меня было 4 куска этой спинки общим весом около 0,5 кг) Лук репчатый - 2 шт. (одну очистить) Морковь - 2 шт. Лавровый лист - 1 шт. Черный перец - 6-8 горошин Сухой укроп - 2 веточки (сухого не было, взяла утолщенную часть зеленого укропа) Соль Молотый черный перец Подкопченное сало или жирная грудинка - 120 г Пшено - 150 г Водка с перцем - 100 мл Зелень петрушки и укропа Как варить кулеш: Зайца предварительно надо вымочить. На дно гусятницы кладем лавровый лист и перцы горошком. Сверху - порезанный кружочками неочищенный лук и порезанную толстыми кружочками 1 морковь. Потом укропные стебли, и на них выкладываем куски зайца. Заливаем кипяченой водой, чтобы чуть покрыла, и ставим на огонь. Когда закипит, уменьшим огонь, постараемся максимально снять появившуюся пену, и варим зайца 2 часа. Крышку оставим чуть приоткрытой. Порежем кубиками грудинку (сало). Порежем морковь и лук. Обед из глухаря За 6 часов до приготовления выпотрошенную тушку глухаря (кожу снять) замочите в ведре холодной воды. За время вымачивания воду 1-2 раза поменяйте. В последнюю воду добавьте немного уксуса (чтобы ощущалась только очень-очень слабая кислинка). Вместо уксуса желательно использовать сок лимона. Суп. С тушки срежьте филе грудки, отложите. Оставшийся «каркас» разрубите или разделите ножом на части по суставам, обжарьте на растительном или сливочном масле, залейте 2,5 литрами воды, поставьте варить на 2,5 часа (вода должна едва булькать). Мелко нарежьте и обжарьте на подсолнечном масле одну большую луковицу и одну большую морковку, промойте 1 стакан (или чуть больше, если хотите густой суп) гречки. Нарежьте 10-12 сушеных помидорок. На Днепре поймали щуку весом 9 килограммов Рыбе в наших широтах приходится тяжело и летом и зимой, ведь ловцам не страшны ни ранние подъемы, ни холод (профессионалы знают, как согреться без огня), ни возражения жены, мол, что мне с твоим уловом делать. Так проводила свой досуг некоторая часть мужского населения, а нам присылали результаты своего труда. Например, недавно рыбаки хвастались 80-килограммовым сомом, потом был 20-килограммовый карп, теперь на их крючки попалась и 9-килограммовая щука. Тот карп бы с ней разобрался. Свой личный рекорд Виктор побил 29 августа, именно тогда на Днепре ему удалось поймать подводного хищника весом 9 килограммов (прошлый рекорд — 6 килограммов). От наземной атмосферы и лапанья кожаных рук рыбе стало плохо, и она потеряла сознание. Но рыбак не растерялся и почти час реанимировал щуку, та ожила и уплыла вдаль, оставив рыбака без всяких там велений и хотений.
