Кулеш с зайчатиной Продукты: Зайчатина (готовится блюдо из заячьей спинки - у меня было 4 куска этой спинки общим весом около 0,5 кг) Лук репчатый - 2 шт. (одну очистить) Морковь - 2 шт. Лавровый лист - 1 шт. Черный перец - 6-8 горошин Сухой укроп - 2 веточки (сухого не было, взяла утолщенную часть зеленого укропа) Соль Молотый черный перец Подкопченное сало или жирная грудинка - 120 г Пшено - 150 г Водка с перцем - 100 мл Зелень петрушки и укропа Как варить кулеш: Зайца предварительно надо вымочить. На дно гусятницы кладем лавровый лист и перцы горошком. Сверху - порезанный кружочками неочищенный лук и порезанную толстыми кружочками 1 морковь. Потом укропные стебли, и на них выкладываем куски зайца. Заливаем кипяченой водой, чтобы чуть покрыла, и ставим на огонь. Когда закипит, уменьшим огонь, постараемся максимально снять появившуюся пену, и варим зайца 2 часа. Крышку оставим чуть приоткрытой. Порежем кубиками грудинку (сало). Порежем морковь и лук. Типы чистки оружия В зависимости от режима использования отличаются и типы чистки оружия, и периодичность: Экспресс-чистка – после выстрела или удачной серии рекомендуется протереть поверхность канала ствола, для удаления влаги и конденсата. Базовая чистка оружия выполняется в идеале каждый раз после стрельбы. Желательно чистить оружие в этот же день, или по возвращении с 2 – 3-х дневной охотничьей вылазки, если в процессе было некогда. Глубокая чистка ружья необходима 2 раза в год или после каждых 60 – 70 выстрелов. Она включает в себя множество мер, как по очистке оружия от нагара, так и удалению омеднения из стволового канала. Обслуживание оружия перед долгосрочным хранением – отдельный вид чистки. Обычно оно выполняется в конце сезона. Оружие следует обслужить сразу после применения и нанести защитный слой из нейтральной смазки. Далее 2 раза с промежутками в неделю повторить чистку и обработку в лайт-версии. Day 2 of 5. Oklahoma. I packed up camp on the lake and headed to the river. The water was all the way up to 52 degrees after being in the low 30s the week before! I setup on a deep hole (20ft. deep) with a big inside eddy. I caught a 3 pound dinner cat within 2 minutes of setting up, then another small fish 2 minutes after that, then this surprise January Flathead about 5 minutes later! 3 fish within the first 15 minutes was a great start then it died down. After a couple hours and some missed bites I put 2 rods on the downstream side of the hole in about 6 feet of water and shortly after I got a good blue! I had fried catfish for dinner and slept like a baby with no bites the rest of the night. I love camping on the river and not just observing wildlife but being apart of it.
