Me and Eddie Salter's Turkey Man annual Osceola hunt in North Central FL, is fully underway. 5 hunters since yesterday morning and we've had 5 shots taken with 3 killed and 2 missed. Now we working on gettin the missers in another bird and waitin on the last 2 hunters to come in.

Сам он увлекается ловлей судака, но, естественно, на крючок попадается и другая рыба. — Попадались мне тут сомики и по 3 килограмма, и по 7, и по 9. Но этот, пожалуй, самый крупный. По ощущениям он больше 15 килограммов: не взвешивал — весы тогда остались в машине. Попался сом на джиг на силиконовую приманку. Сома пришлось догонять на моторе. Покатались знатно: в районе 10—12 минут борьбы — и рыбка в лодке.

Штрафы для охотников предложили усовершенствовать Противоречивость формулировок в системе штрафов за нарушение правил охоты предлагают устранить. Соответствующие поправки в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях (КоАП) предложил депутат Госдумы Владислав Резник. Действующий закон предусматривает ответственность за нарушение правил охоты и рыболовства, а также правил пользования объектами животного мира. 7 основных видов пользования объектами животного мира определяются законом о животном мире, а правила обозначены в законе об охоте. При этом санкции за нарушение правил охоты применяются весьма активно, в то время как расплывчатые формулировки статьи КоАП, вводящей ответственность за нарушение правил пользования объектами животного мира, создали противоречивую практику.
