My waders had been rotting in the garage for almost a year so it was great to get them wet again. I fished a bunch of different areas and situations for anything that wanted to eat. Despite the windy cold, I was able to catch redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and a surprise shark. When the bite slowed down, I went on nature hikes to look for shore birds and get lost in the boneyard beaches. This was a whole lot packed into a short trip.
