Республиканский ландшафтный заказник «Мозырские овраги» Те, кто привык к равнинным полесским ландшафтам, бывают буквально поражены, когда попадают в это место, которое без преувеличения не похоже ни одно другое в Беларуси. Когда видишь крутые склоны, заросшие деревьями, возникает ощущение, как будто ты очутился в Карпатах. Еще более необычным этот заказник делает его месторасположение: он почти целиком находится в черте 100-тысячного города. Сами овраги возникли сотни тысяч лет назад, когда закончилось Днепровское оледенение. После него остались возвышенности, чьи склоны под действием эрозии покрылись целой сетью балок.
