Na konci loňského roku tam žilo celkem 43 zvířat, nejvíce ze všech tuzemských lokalit. Vyplývá to z výsledků oficiálního sčítání zubrů pro Mezinárodní plemennou knihu vedenou v polské Bělověži. „Početnost populací v jednotlivých chovech je velmi důležitá pro budoucnost tohoto druhu.
