Pikantní grilované jelení srdce na peruánský způsob 500 g jeleního srdce na marinádu: 2 najemno nastrouhané stroužky česneku, 4 lžíce červeného vinného octa, 3 lžíce olivového oleje, lžíce chilli pasty, lžička dijonské hořčice, ½ lžičky mletého koření na zvěřinu, ½ lžičky mletého římského kmínu, sůl Důkladně očištěné jelení srdce nakrájíme na menší kousky. Všechny suroviny na marinádu vložíme do misky a metličkou prošleháme. Pak do ní vložíme nakrájené srdce a nejméně na hodinu, ideálně na noc uložíme do chladničky. Marinované kousky srce napíchneme na špejle a na rozpáleném grilu potřeném olejem opékáme z každé strany asi 3 minuty. Během grilování potíráme marinádou. Podáváme s peruánskou omeletou tacu tacu a peruánským zelným salátem s fazolemi. Today I'm focusing on Roy Case (1888-1986), rightfully known as "The Father of Wisconsin Bowhunting" and the man widely credited with coining the term "bowhunter." Da se razumijemo, uskoro je prošla godina dana kako se domaći profesionalni lovci, uz podršku prijatelja iz drugih krajeva, pokušavaju obračunati s ovim jatom koje stvara probleme. Málokdo ví, že máme v Čechách dva Karlštejny. Ten první, slavný hrad na Berounce založený Karlem IV., a lovecký zámeček Karlštejn na Vysočině, nad malebnou vesničkou Svratouch. Článek Tenhle zámeček má svůj název podle nedalekého Zkamenělého zámku, nazývaného Starý Karlštejn, jehož skalisko bylo označováno Kahlstein (Holý kámen). Moje babička, která se na zámečku narodila a žila tu do svých patnácti let, o něm ale vždy vyprávěla jako o Karlštejně. Zámek Karlštejn je často označován za střechu Evropy – stojí totiž na hlavním evropském rozvodí Labe a Dunaje. Což znamená, že když vylijete kbelík s vodou na jedné straně kopce, voda poteče do Severního moře, a když to uděláte o pár metrů dál na druhé straně, poteče voda do Černého moře. Zámeček byl postaven v letech 1770 až 1775 ve stylu středoevropské architektury pozdního baroka. Stavbu tzv. lovčího zámku zadal hrabě Filip Kinský z rodu Kinských z Vchynic a Tetova. Výše zástřelného a nálezného v oblastech s výskytem afrického moru prasat se sjednocuje na 2000 Kč Státní veterinární správa (SVS) v reakci na vývoj nákazové situace afrického moru prasat (AMP) v oblastech s výskytem této nákazy na Frýdlantsku a Mimoňsku (tzv. uzavřená pásma II) zvyšuje zástřelné u prasat divokých ze současných 1000 Kč na 2000 Kč za kus. Naopak nálezné se v této oblasti sníží ze současných 3000 Kč na 2000 Kč za nalezené uhynulé tělo divočáka. Koncem srpna byla změna projednána se zainteresovanými subjekty v rámci jednání na půdě zemědělského výboru Poslanecké sněmovny. V současné době dochází k tomu, že prasata divoká nakažená virem AMP přežívají po infikování delší dobu, po kterou jsou zdrojem šíření infekce pro další prasata. Lov muflóna patrí medzi najťažšie poľovačky na Slovensku, nakoľko vynikajúce oči muflónov dokážu poľovníkom sťažiť priblíženie sa k nim, no aj napriek tomu je naša úspešnosť lovu takmer stopercentná. Lov muflónov sa začína ráno a lov pokračuje najmä cez deň, keď sa barany vyhrievajú na skalách a lov prebieha v štýle walk & stelk. Najviac baranov je možné vidieť v období párenia (koniec októbra - november), ale ideálny čas na lov muflónov je aj január a február. Potom majú RAMS najkrajšiu kožu - najvhodnejšiu na prípravu peleríny. Máme vlastného prípravára (30 rokov skúseností) s úžasnou prácou. Po 2-3 mesiacoch majú poľovníci doma hotovú trofej a môžu ju umiestniť priamo na stenu. Baranov je možné loviť aj z vysokých posedov, najmä ráno a poobede, keď sa idú pásť na pasienky – táto možnosť je vhodná najmä pre poľovníkov s nízkou fyzickou kondíciou. RAMANY lovíme na cca 20 000 ha na kopcovitých loviskách, kde je veľmi silná populácia muflónov.

Zajec velja za eno najbolj priljubljenih lovnih živali. Lov nanj se začne od sredine novembra in konča v prvih dneh naslednjega leta, januarja. Ta žival je zelo previdna in zvita in ko greste na lov, se morate založiti s potrpljenjem, močjo in določenimi izkušnjami, saj boste morali hoditi na desetine kilometrov. Obstaja več načinov lova na zajca: kolektivni in individualni, s psom in brez njega, z vleko po snegu in po črni sledi, z vzpona in iz zasede. Skupni lov organizira skupina lovcev podnevi. Pred odhodom na lov organizatorji preučijo teren, določijo smer gibanja lovcev. Pri organizaciji razporeditve udeležencev lova se upošteva razdalja med njimi. Razpon je od 15 do 30 metrov. Takšna ureditev prispeva k hitrejšemu odkrivanju zajca, saj se bo, ko bo začutil nevarnost z vseh strani, hitro dvignil iz postelje in se znašel. Ta vrsta lova se imenuje plezanje. Ko so lovci prestrašili ali dvignili zajca iz ležečega položaja, začnejo streljati.

Los je velika divja žival z rogovi. Je največji predstavnik družine jelenov v Sloveniji. Posebna značilnost artiodaktila je gosta dlaka. Poleti lahko prevzame rdečkast odtenek. Preostanek obdobja naj bo rjav. Populacija losov pri nas ostaja na visoki ravni - rezultat pravočasne zaščite države. Glede na amplitudo so samci nekoliko večji od samic (približno 500 kg v primerjavi s 350 kg). Veliki in razvejani rogovi so zaželena trofeja za ljubitelje lova.
