While many of the incidents end up being more of a case of misidentification than poaching, it is still happening on an annual basis. We finished off on other hunt with the Mees family. This is their 3 whitetail hunt with us in 2 years. They always manage to take beautiful deer every time they hunt with us. T’s ranch is producing some of the prettiest deer I’ve seen in my 14 years of outfitting. A mix between pasture born and well managed bucks that are reaching maturity on the ranch.
