ОХОТА В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ Узбекистан — внутриконтинентальное государство, которое входит в состав СНГ. Страна расположена в самом центре Азии, на просторах между реками Сырдарья и Амударья. Более 60% площади Узбекистана заняты пустынями и степями, а остальная часть – горными массивами, долинами и оазисами. Баран был назван в честь великого русского зоолога исследователя Туркестанского края Николая Алексеевича Северцова. Данный вид дикого барана входит в список большого шлема Сафари клуба (SCI), т.е. в первые 12 видов диких баранов. К настоящему моменту только несколько охотников из России добыли этот трофей. С 2015 года органами СИТЕС Узбекистана выделяется ежегодно всего 4 лицензии на добычу этих баранов.
