Quail Hunting in Utah Do You Hunt Western Quail? If you own a good pair of running shoes — or better yet, a trained hunting dog — hunting Gambel’s quail in southwestern Utah might be a fun adventure this fall. Population Estimates, Where to Hunt Utah’s quail hunt opened Nov. 3. The number of Gambel’s quail has dipped a bit this year, but decent numbers of birds should still be available. You can hunt both Gambel’s and California quail until Dec. 31. (Utah is also home to a small population of scaled quail, but hunting for them is not allowed.) Amateur Hunting Launched in Armenia The amateur hunting season will start in Armenia from August 20. RA Environment Minister Hakob Simidyan signed the decree on setting the allowable quantities and hunting dates for hunting animals in the territory of the Republic of Armenia (except for specially protected nature areas) for 2023-2024. Hereby, persons with a hunting permit can carry out unlimited hunting of gray crow, magpie, wolf, jackal and fox. Hunting days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays and memorial days approved by RA Law "On Holidays and Memorial Days of the Republic of Armenia".

Hunting dog survives 50-foot fall into well, rescued by Texas game wardens Maria, a bird dog, was chasing an injured quail when she went missing. Texas game wardens had to get a bit creative while rescuing a hunting dog name Maria who found herself lost at the bottom of a well in South Texas during a recent hunting trip. According to the game wardens blotter, during the course of the quail hunt on a property in Jim Hogg County, Maria had chased an injured bird through a thicket and didn't return, which worried her owners. They began an immediate search and eventually found her trapped about 50 feet down at the bottom of a well on the property. Game wardens in Jim Hogg County, typically tasked with enforcing the state's hunting and wildlife laws, were quick to arrive and used a makeshift pulley system to lower a kennel to the bottom. Even kids can brag about owning a Tesla. The electric car maker launched Cyberquad for Kids, a four-wheel all-terrain vehicle inspired by the design of Cybertruck, Tesla's futuristic take on the pickup truck. The $1,900 Cyberquad features a full-steel frame, cushioned seat and an adjustable suspension with rear disk braking and LED light bars, Tesla said on its website. Tesla says the electric ATV is suitable for children ages 8 and up. It can hold a maximum weight of 150 pounds. The Cyberquad's battery has an estimated range of 15 miles, and can recharge in about five hours. It can reach a top speed of 10 mph on one speed setting, and can reverse at a max speed of 5 mph. The company said the Cyberquad will start shipping in two to four weeks. Tesla CEO Elon Musk introduced the Cybertruck in 2019, which drew polarizing reactions for its unusual design.
