Ta se týká nejen činnosti Ministerstva životního prostředí, ale zapojeno je také Ministerstvo zemědělství, Ministerstvo spravedlnosti, Ministerstvo obrany a samozřejmě také jejich resortní organizace, Policejní prezidium ČR nebo Státní veterinární správa.
