Henry X Models: The Wait is Finally Over The Henry X Models Have Arrived The concept for the Henry X Model series began at the 2018 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Dallas, Texas where a blacked-out .45-70 rifle and .410 bore shotgun were put on display to gauge everyone’s reaction to this departure from Henry’s usual blued-steel or brass receivers and American walnut furniture. Suffice it to say that the response among showgoers was positive, but little did they know that Henry Repeating Arms had more up their sleeves. With the release of Henry’s first rifle to feature a side loading gate looming in production behind closed doors, the vision for the production version of the Henry X Model became clearer. In January of 2020, Henry Repeating Arms announced the X Model Series to the world in Las Vegas at the SHOT Show. Přípravě této humorně laděné myslivecké akce předcházela pečlivá příprava sálu i bohaté tomboly, na kterou spojili své síly ochránci s myslivci, věnovalo několik spolků i jednotlivců. „Všichni, kteří podpořili Pytláckou noc, tak dali jasně najevo svoji podporu oběma pořadatelským organizacím, které na Rokycansku úzce spolupracují. A je i chvályhodné, že jednotlivé myslivecké spolky chápou i úlohu okresního subjektu jako svoji důležitou součást a podporují jej nejen zvěřinou do tomboly, ale i pořádáním nejrůznějších kynologických akcí. Pikantní grilované jelení srdce na peruánský způsob 500 g jeleního srdce na marinádu: 2 najemno nastrouhané stroužky česneku, 4 lžíce červeného vinného octa, 3 lžíce olivového oleje, lžíce chilli pasty, lžička dijonské hořčice, ½ lžičky mletého koření na zvěřinu, ½ lžičky mletého římského kmínu, sůl Důkladně očištěné jelení srdce nakrájíme na menší kousky. Všechny suroviny na marinádu vložíme do misky a metličkou prošleháme. Pak do ní vložíme nakrájené srdce a nejméně na hodinu, ideálně na noc uložíme do chladničky. Marinované kousky srce napíchneme na špejle a na rozpáleném grilu potřeném olejem opékáme z každé strany asi 3 minuty. Během grilování potíráme marinádou. Podáváme s peruánskou omeletou tacu tacu a peruánským zelným salátem s fazolemi. Peruánská omeleta tacu tacu 130 g rýže, 150 g plátků anglické slaniny, 2 vejce, 1 šalotka, lžíce oleje, mletý pepř, sůl Rýži uvaříme doměkka, scedíme a necháme ji odstát.
