Pikantní grilované jelení srdce na peruánský způsob 500 g jeleního srdce na marinádu: 2 najemno nastrouhané stroužky česneku, 4 lžíce červeného vinného octa, 3 lžíce olivového oleje, lžíce chilli pasty, lžička dijonské hořčice, ½ lžičky mletého koření na zvěřinu, ½ lžičky mletého římského kmínu, sůl Důkladně očištěné jelení srdce nakrájíme na menší kousky. Všechny suroviny na marinádu vložíme do misky a metličkou prošleháme. Pak do ní vložíme nakrájené srdce a nejméně na hodinu, ideálně na noc uložíme do chladničky.
