Myslivecká statistika 2023/2024 – opět padly nové rekordy Myslivecký rok 2023/2024 byl velmi bohatý na úlovky spárkaté zvěře – opět byly posunuty hranice rekordů. Nové historicky nejvyšší odstřely byly zaznamenány u zvěře jelení, daňčí, mufloní a černé. V mysliveckém roce 2023/2024 byl evidován nový rekordní odstřel jelení zvěře ve výši 35 779 kusů, meziročně došlo k nárůstu o 2895 kusů. Daňčí zvěře bylo uloveno 45 335 kusů, oproti předchozímu období o 17,3 % (6682 kusů) více, a šlo tak také o nejvyšší úlovek v historii. U mufloní zvěře došlo k nárůstu o 788 kusů na 11 033 kusů, což představovalo rovněž novou rekordní hodnotu. V rámci srnčí zvěře došlo k navýšení odstřelu o poměrně významných 9,5 % na 124 897 kusů. Odstřel černé zvěře (prase divoké) ve výši 258 253 kusů zaznamenal taktéž výrazný meziroční nárůst o 80 376 kusů (+45,2 %). Ungulates are constructed the same way, so learning how to break down a deer will give you the introductory skills needed to tackle larger animals like caribou, elk and moose. Here are some field butchering tips and tactics. There are two school of thought on butchering big game in the field – the gutless method or the gutting method. I prefer the gutless method of field butchering big game. Since most of the animals I take in Alaska require them to be packed out, then breaking them down into four quarters; two backstraps; two tenderloins; two sets of ribs, briskets, flank and skirt steaks; and neck meat are the usually butchering method. That's a 16% drop-off from 2022 and 10% fewer deer than the five-year average for opening weekend. Hunters also registered 51,870 bucks, down 13% from 56,638 over opening weekend in 2022.
