РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ № 7 от 11 марта 2025г
«Об организации и проведении весенней охоты в охотничьих хозяйствах МСОО «МООИР» в 2024 году»
В соответствие с Федеральным Законом «Об охоте» № 209-ФЗ от 24 июля 2009 г., Правилами охоты (приказ МПР РФ № 477, от 24.07.2020г.) и Параметрами осуществления охоты в охотничьих угодьях Московской области», утвержденными постановлением Губернатора Московской области 27.04.2023 г. № 94 ПГ, а так же Распоряжением Министерства экологии и природопользования МО от 16.01.2023 № 35-РМ "Об утверждении норм допустимой добычи охотничьих ресурсов, в отношении которых не устанавливается лимит добычи, и норм пропускной способности охотничьих угодий на территории Московской области".
1. Организовать любительскую спортивную охоту на селезней уток с использованием живых подсадных (манных) уток из искусственного укрытия в охотхозяйствах МСОО «МООиР» с 20 марта по 10 мая 2025 года.
1.1. Организовать любительскую спортивную охоту на гусей, селезней уток, вальдшнепов, тетеревов, глухарей и серую ворону в следующих охотничьих хозяйствах МСОО «МООиР»: Ногинское, Воскресенское, Домодедовское, Егорьевское, Зарайское, Каширское, Луховицкое, Озёрское, Павлово -Посадское, Пушкинское, Раменское, Серебряно - Прудское, Наро-Фоминское, Серпуховское, Ступинское, Чеховское, Щёлковское, Белоомутское с второй субботы апреля: с 12 апреля по 21 апреля 2025 года.
2. Организовать любительскую спортивную охоту на гусей, селезней уток, вальдшнепов, тетеревов, глухарей и серую ворону в следующих охотничьих хозяйствах МСОО «МООиР»; Волоколамское, Дмитровское, Истринское, Клинское, Лотошинское, Можайское, Москворецкое, Одинцовское, Рузское, Сергиево-Посадское, Орехово-Зуевское, Солнечногорское, Талдомское, Шаховское, Шатурское, Уваровское с третьей субботы апреля: с 19 апреля по 28 апреля 2025 г.
2.1. Охоту проводить разрешенными способами:
- охоту на самцов глухарей на току с подхода;
- охоту на токующих самцов тетеревов из искусственного укрытия;
- охоту на вальдшнепов на вечерней тяге;
- охоту на селезней уток с использованием живых подсадных (манных) утокс чучелами и (или) манком из искусственного укрытия;
- охота на селезней уток с использованием одной живой подсадной (манной) утки осуществляется с участием не более двух охотников;
- охоту на гусей и казарок из искусственного укрытия с чучелами и (или) профилями и (или) манными гусями и (или) манком;
- охоту на серую ворону охоту осуществлять вышеуказанными разрешенными способами в весенний период, кроме охоты с подхода.
2.2. Допускается применение охотничьих подружейных собак: островных и континентальных легавых, а также ретриверов и спаниелей, для отыскивания подранков и подачи добытой пернатой дичи.
3. Путевки (договоры) охоты оформлять по Прейскуранту на услуги, утвержденному постановлением Конференции - Совета МСОО «МООиР», протокол № 10 от 20.11.2024 г.
Регулировать нагрузку на охотничьи угодья в соответствии с нормами пропускной способности.
Установить нормы допустимой добычи на одного охотника в период весенней охоты:
-гуси и казарки - 5 особей в сутки на одного охотника;
-селезни уток - 5 особей кряквы и 5 особей других видов в сутки на одного охотника;
-вальдшнеп - 3 особи на вечерней тяге на одного охотника;
-глухарь на току - 1 особь (самец) за сезон охоты с одного тока, на котором насчитывается не менее 5 токующих самцов одновременно;
-тетерев на току - 1 особь (самец) за сезон охоты с одного тока, на котором насчитывается не менее 5 токующих самцов одновременно.
4. В соответствие с Распоряжением Минэкологии Московской области от 22.05.2002г. № 4-РМ, не разрешается производить охоту на виды, занесенные в Красную книгу России и Красную книгу Московской области, в том числе, на серого гуся (Anser anser L.), пискульку (Anser erythropus L.), которые могут встречаться в области в период весенних миграций, а также на гнездящуюся часть популяции серой утки (Anas strepera L.) и шилохвости (Anas acuta L.).
5. Руководителям структурных подразделений МСОО «МООиР»:
а) обеспечить соблюдение правил пожарной безопасности на охотничьих базах; инструктировать охотников по соблюдению правил противопожарной безопасности при нахождении на базах и в угодьях, техники безопасности в обращении с охотничьим оружием и соблюдения охотничьего законодательства;
б) произвести своевременную подготовку охотничьих баз, остановочных пунктов, изготовление и размещение в соответствующих угодьях искусственных укрытий (временных охотничьих сооружений – шалашей, и укрытий для охоты на тетерева, селезней и гусей), а так же необходимого инвентаря к приему охотников; произвести полную уборку территории охотничьих баз;
в) контроль по соблюдению охотничьего законодательства осуществлять во взаимодействии со специально уполномоченными органами охотнадзора Московской области.
6. В период проведения охоты егерскому составу осуществлять работу без выходных дней с последующим предоставлением отгулов.
7. Отчет установленной формы о результатах весенней охоты сезона 2025г. предоставить до 15 мая с.г., в отдел охоты и рыболовства МСОО «МООиР».
8. При выдаче путевок на охоту:
- инструктировать охотников о действиях, в случае обнаружения в охотугодьях павших животных, либо при проявлении псовыми животными – лисицей, енотовидной собакой, признаков заболевания бешенством;
- информировать охотников об опасности проявления в области гриппа птиц и необходимости соблюдения санитарных правил, а, кроме того, о необходимости информировать соответствующие подразделения СББЖ в случае обнаружения павших птиц.

Охота на фазана в Беларуси. Выпускной фазан.
В Беларуси снова набирает популярность охота на фазана.
В Свислочском охотхозяйстве учреждения «Гродненская областная организационная структура» РГОО «Белорусское общество охотников и рыболовов» состоялась «Королевская охота» на выпускного фазана.
Охота на фазана проводилось впервые за последние годы в Гродненской области, что не может не радовать. Организаторами выступили: учреждение «Гродненская ООС» РГОО «БООР» и охотник-энтузиаст Владимир Рунге из Волковыска. В охоте участвовало 15 охотников со своими легавыми и русскими охотничьими спаниелями. Было выпущено 60 птиц.
Благодаря чутью легавых, юркости и неудержимости спаниелей все трофеи были обнаружены, добыты и доставлены хозяевам. Качественная и слаженная работа!
Как трофей, фазан очень ценен и впоследствии становится настоящим украшением стола. Тушки большие, а мясо по вкусу наивысшего качества.
Фазан – царская птица и охота на него всегда считалась уделом знати. Отсюда и название – «Королевская охота». Охота на фазана требует особых знаний и сноровки от охотника. Взрослый фазан взлетает крайне шумно и зачастую прямо из-под ног, и все это происходит неожиданно, вызывая поистине захватывающие эмоции для охотника и его собаки.
Фазан относится к дикой птице из отряда куриных. Мясо фазана имеет свои особенности по вкусу и внешнему виду. Считается ценным, так как содержит массу полезных элементов для человеческого здоровья. Из него готовят вкуснейшие блюда в разных странах, в том числе есть и белорусские рецепты. Масса тушки взрослого фазана во многом зависит от условий произрастания, качества корма и вида птицы. Если фазан растёт в диких условиях, то его вес редко превышает 1 кг, а вот домашняя птица может весить около 2,5 кг.
В давние времена мясо диких фазанов использовали в качестве афродизиака для восстановления мужской силы. Знахари и целители назначали его для лечения многих патологических нарушений. Тушку фазана проблематично купить в обычном магазине, чаще всего птицу можно добыть именно на охоте.
Фазан теплолюбивая птица и белорусские зимы переносят плохо. Как правило организаторы охоты приобретают фазана у фермеров. А затем выпускают в определенных охот угодьях с целью проведения охот.
Охота Свислочском охотхозяйстве РГОО БООР прошла в теплой и дружественной обстановке. Все охотники получили массу впечатлений, испытали азарт и много положительных эмоций.

Весенний сезон охоты продлится по 11 мая. В этот период разрешается добыча особей гуся белолобого, гуся-гуменника, гуся серого и казарки канадской, баклана, голубя сизого, цапли серой, цапли белой большой и др.
